Hey seniors, junior here looking to maybe apply for next year intake.

How do you find the rotational programme? If I already know I want to be in a specific division (don't mind not rotating to other areas), would it be better to apply as a direct hire?

Lol this would make an excellent interview question

Indeed if you already have more than half a mind on what you’d like to do, then perhaps rotation wouldn’t be a good fit with you

Agreed. And after 1.5 years of rotating. You may not be given a chance to do what you want to. Wherever They post yup to even if you don’t like u have to do it. So you may not get to do what you like to do unless you are very lucky!
