How is the culture over there?

Bonus is very good, can be 14-15 months if you are good. But be prepare to work late, 80+ hr work week is quite common.

I was told that there is 4-5 months variable bonus on top of AWS. Furthermore, there is stock options.

Well, TS may need to consider the fact that facing reportedly 80+ hr work per week, then it's not really a bonus but more like overtime pay!!

Just want to know:

1) how is the benefit like...compared to public sector.
(eg. number of bonus payouts...work-life balance...any gym?)

2) Does an executive also needs to work abt 80+/week?

3) the culture in the company..compared to public sector...
