FDM Singapore Graduate Program

Good Day!

Does anyone have any experience working here before? They provide 3 months of training and then deployment to Banks.

A typical low margin low profit IT outsourcer trying to entice young grads to join by branding entry level hiring as a "graduate program".

You join a bank with decent performance can make annual 300k after 10 years, go join them after 10 years can make 50k already consider lucky.

Really? But they offered $40k per year

And how much increment you think they can give a year? 2%? 3%?

A non-honors deg civil servant can already get ~$52k annual total package... Think about it...

I never join FDM b4, but work with their competitor Cognizant (train & posted to a foreign bank) for 2 years. All I can say is other than the normal basic salary (3.2k for entry level), the benefits is bare minimum like SMEs and bonus is a joke (No AWS, variable 1st year 0.5 months 2nd year 0.3 months).

Oh wow but I've been very unlucky in my 1st job. Getting about 2.8k even though I'm with them for 2yrs now. My increment has only been 150 a year. Thts why this offer seem enticing

Comparing Accenture to the likes of low cost low profit BPO firms like FDM is like comparing POSB with JP Morgan.
