Will you quit without a job if you have the following?
- Current co. tend to 'suck' your money when there is a chance, i.e. pay inaccurate cpf contributions, for women who take maternity leave, salary not accurate
- Colleagues are very religious, everytime casual chatting sure preach about their religion but I am not in their religion and this makes me feel damn uncomfortable
Wanting to leave soonest possible but currently no job openings. My new house coming soon need reno so seems like losing an income now is not a good choice.
Should I go ahead to quit, count my luck in finding a new job soon or wait until I found a new job ? Pls help advice and not ask anymore qn like ' is my co. foreign or local', etc.

I quit my job without another job. I only secured a new job after 4 months of unemployment. I am thrifty so my savings was not even half used but the tricky thing was employers kept asking about the gap and why I quit without a job.
if I had a new home to pay for, I would not have quit without another job. The wait for a new job was nerve wrecking and if you do not have emotional support from your family, it will be even more so.

Guess I really need to find a job first before I quit. Still can keep myself occupied instead of doing nothing at home.

I did a contract job where the contract was not renewed and I didn't find a new job to start immediately after my contract ended.
Assuming you're young and no family pressure it's quite a nice break to have nothing to do for awhile but after a couple of weeks you'll start to feel this sinking feeling/fear that you might not get employed for a long time. It may cloud your judgment and you'll accept jobs that you really shouldn't have/not right fit just so you can be employed. Happened to me.
