GS pays the best for mid and back office. Really solid. No idea about front though.

Selected for the compliance(graduate) interview. 2 rounds.

1st round was with the head of ethics and compliance. Typical interview questions eg: Tell me about yourself etc.

2nd round was with HR. Typical interview questions again. Nothing too difficult to answer as long as you do your homework.

Guys any news so far? I was told they were interviewing their last candidate two weeks ago. It is the third week now. Waiting is really tough!

I have heard that they have finished shortlisting the first batch of candidates and the 2nd batch is still being concluded.

10 candidates will be chosen for this position. Not sure how big one batch is and no I am not in the first batch. IMO, the 2nd batch are backup candidates and therefore those in the first batch should be getting offers soon.

No, the 2nd batch are not backup candidates. Just different start date.

High turn over rate. Everyone is going there for the name. Hard to stay there if you don't like to stay till 11 plus everyday, especially for the middle office side

I received an offer a few days back 2016 APAC graduate scheme. Hope that helps. That was 2 weeks after meeting the line manager

Hello clown, please don't anyhow smoke. BNP normal fresh grad exec already offer 4k and min 3 mths bonus in the past, how can the prestigious APAC program be 3.6k + 2 mths??? Stop spreading false info if you never even get selected.
