SME or MNC

To all seasoned mechanical engineers whom are in the oil and gas industry, would be great to hear career advice from you guys, i just graduated with a mechanical engineering degree and have chosen my preferred industry to be oil and gas, and i have actually gotten two interviews one with a SME as a management trainee (offer has arrived) and the other with an MNC (chicago bridge & iron) as a piping/mechanical engineer.(going into 2nd interview) The SME is more of a manufacturing company with a few satellite locations in asia pacific servicing big EPC companies and are vastly expanding. Well according to them i would be rotated among various departments to learn more about the business in 1 year and subsequently placed in a leadership role in one of the department .
For the MNC, i would be looking at a very least 6 years as an engineer before i am considered based on performance to move ahead with being a Ass Proj manager and subsequently a proj manager, where this is a very ideal case of staying in just one company.
I am not concerned about the starting pay as my primary concern would be losing the opportunity to move to MNCs in the future if say i would to regret.
Any opinions?
