Want to be a teacher

I love to teach Math and CPA.
Have been teaching Math for more than
15 years and expert in IT knowledge

Why am I still not accepted?

I'm innovative and committed

I suggest you rethink again. Being an MOE teacher is not only about teaching the content of 1 or 2 subjects. That is probably only 30% of your jobscope (which is already enough to tire you out with the sheer number of students under you).

FAJT rate was last revised in 2020. dont play sympathy card leh when you enjoyed the increase 2 years earlier than the rest

I seem to hear a lot of GEO5 and KPs planning to switch to FAJT soon. I guess when you divide by the number of work hours, the hourly rate is probably higher?

last drawn need to earn high enough to make it worth. but if there's a general pay revision for the fulltimers, dont cry father mother pls. since the revision is this year, the next one will probably be a good 5 years away at least

Better to get the pay increment first, then resign and switch to FAJT to draw the last drawn pay. But no salary during school holidays and no bonuses also right? If want better mental health can go this route

no wonder even the middle aged GEOs and KPs want to switch already...probably just waiting for the new revised salary, then jump immediately. quite smart of them...
