BCA Built scholarship careers
 

Hi all I'm actually currently researching on this BCA-Industry Built Environment undergraduate scholarship. I understand that keppeland and capitaland are one of few industry sponsors and if one were to accept this scholarship, one would have to serve a bond with them ie, 1 yr sponsorship, 1 yr bond, 4 yr scholarship, 4 yr bond. I would like to know upon graduation (Bachelor in Real Estate NUS), what jobs in their companies would i get posted to? Can i choose or its solely up to them to fill me in the job openings that they have. Would this scholarship be a good choice? It seems pretty attractive as one yr scholarship has a min amt of $18,000. Can anyone who has any info or who have friends or whom have personally taken this scholarship shed some light. Thank you!

personally not part of the BCA built environment scholarship, but i suggest you only accept it if you got a scholarship from the name brand companies i.e capitaland, surbana Jurong and the bigger few. If not, u get some sponsorship/scholarship from some kucing kurap coy u bonded for 2-4 years with them trust me you will regret. especially so if you happen to grad with a 1st class in the end of your 4 years. You will realise you are tied down to them now

fair enough... yeah there are some good companies around, just curious how is the pay scheme going to be, or more towards the company's discretion.

The pay will be same as the fresh grad intake for whichever coy u join, so if CapitaLand u will be straight into their graduate programme
