Is restructuring the same as retrenchment?
My company announce they are in the midest of restructuring. Does it Also means retrenchment?

yes possible some people will be retrench, sometimes entire division will be let go... just be prepared and ensure you're in core business revenue generation. Also possible for benefits/salary to be cut.

= CEO Incompetence equivalent.... I am on EP and was restructured in Fullerton Health. This is after my pay is deducted 20% for 3 months and another 3 months. CEO is incompetent
