Anyone know anything about a career as an R programmer with Revolution analytics?

Or in general, how is the career prospect of data analytics?

From what I can find on their website, they are mainly providing services such as predictive analysis to a wide variety of companies in different sectors (finance/telco/pharmaceutical/etc).
