I recently applied to Dairy Farm's management trainee program and was shortlisted.

Did anyone here got shortlisted and requires to do a pre-assessment?
What's the likely career prospects and how long do they process/schedule interview-assessment centre?

Or if anyone has experiences with this programme at Dairy Farm?

I've yet to go for any interview.
But judging from the training structure, successful candidates will be involving in different areas including finance, hr, operations etc...

any update?
