In the SAF, as long as u are higher in rank it is that much easier to delegate work. In the private sector, unless u are the boss or the manager i will find it difficult. I dread having to do it in the future.

In a way u can put it as hiding behind the rank.

My problem :o

sorry to be harsh, but in another word, you are just damn useless.

its sad that your time at unisim didnt teach you about teamwork and collaboration. instead, all you see is rank.

Hi Mr Unregistered,

having work for close to fifteen years, sad to say most of them have been unhappy ones.
Unhappy in the sense that everyday when I reach home, I feel that I have been really "fake"
Things that come out of my mouth automatically passes through a filter whether I am talking to my bosses or giving orders to my subordinates.

talking about teamwork and collaboration,
let me ask u a question, if there was only one place up for grabs in the annual promotion exercise between your team of say 3 people, is there still going to be team work and collaboration after one of the 3 get promoted and the two gets left behind ?

Sad to say we are all hiding behind our masks everyday.

I know that I have already "fallen" into your trap by responding ... its of course opened to anybody that is or have been in a similar predicament.
