depends on confidentiality level. pull out school records, medical records, interview friends and family, even send in their own detective unit to stalk targets. can take three months or so before starting work, but you still get paid.

Hi,
I have already signed the employment letter, but I still have to provide 3 references to the co.
I managed to provide 2 references, short of one. Will this affect my employment with the co, can they still withdraw the contract? whats the purpose of references since letter is already signed?
Thanks.
