almost all the big listed companies in US, UK and SG have ESP programs, e.g. stanchart, citi, IBM, HP, SIA, Keppel, SembCorp, etc.

reason is simple. it doesn't make sense not to have such a program! :)

Apple got ESPP can buy stock at 35% off normal price but can only buy at most 10% of your monthly salary
