Which Ministries / Organizations in the Govt Service accept pass degree from UniSIM?

some of u might have seen my posts in the MINDEF DXOs section...but the answers i received were pretty vague...so i created this topic to ask again...

need some helpful input / opinions regarding my current situation. thanks

abt me:
- 28 yo male as of 2014
- graduated from singapore poly. but my GPA was pretty bad, ard 2.3 - 2.5 i would say, so im left with unisim as the only possible choice for furthering my studies in a local uni
- PES E9L9. heard ppl say this PES may / may not be accepted in the govt service depending on which organization u apply for? true or not?
- worked for 4 yrs, currently in MHA SPF as a TSO 6 (div 2 grade) drawing 2.9k gross

my point being is that i can feel it takes very long if im just armed with a local dip and wanna earn 4 to 5k. problem is im unsure if ANY ministry / organization in the govt service actually recognize a pass degree from UniSIM?

i dont want my $ and effort to go down the drain, bcos once if i start further studies, it will be taken on a part-time night course basis n all the funding will be done by myself.

so yeah what do u guys think? worth it to continue taking a part-time night study degree course from UniSIM? or i just work my way up the div 2 to div 1 ladder as a TSO?

schemes im actually interested in applying for are HTS / HASE / any other senior executive post in the govt service. not looking at private sector bcos of politics / backstabbing n low work life balance...

forget to add on, it will be very good if any1 can give comments / opinions of real life experience in govt service regarding the PES and UniSIM pass degree part. thanks a million!

Pes e depends on what problem you have.
I have a unisim degree, pes c9l3.
So as long as u are not gonna spend days hospitalised or spend govt money on medical i think ok.
