CAG always advertise their job vacancy over and over again, but it seems hard to even secure an interview with CAG. Anyone had good luck so far appying for a job there?.. or u guys always apply over and over again.

What is their definition of a "good degree"? Do they mean MIT, Oxford, Harvard kind?

depends. 6-7k can be high side of assistant managers or lower level managers

good degree = at least local degree (2nd upper)

how much is a typical director paid in CAG? will a average performance deg grad be able to reach this level in 20 years?

CAG dun have director titles the closest is VP - basic ~350k, include things like bonus, allowance, performance sharing etc can hit 600k… Average performers will not get VP no matter how long, most stuck at manager or senior manager level.

Don’t spout garbage if you know nuts. VP is just junior managerial, monthly 10-12k include bonus at most 180-190k p.a. tops.

i find it hard to believe that a changi airport vp can make 600k when even most vp in investment banking side cant
