Corporate Finance vs Law

Hi

I am currently in a dilemma as to which offer I should take up:

1. Big 4 Corporate Finance

2. Being a lawyer in a small law practice

Thanks in Advance!

Law of course!

No one disrespects lawyers, same can't be same for finance professionals.

Does anyone know how the progression (salary/rank) for Corporate Finance in Big 4 is like? And what are the exit opportunities available? Is it possible to enter banks in the investment banking department?

with big4 experience in corporate finance, you could be easily switch to be a corporate lawyer or a in-house in finance industry. while working in a small law firm, you might be hardly to have opportunities getting involved in high end commercial cases.
