Does anyone know whats the growth and pay prospects for reg roles focusing on banking act advisory? At perhaps 2/4/6 years of experience?

Anyone worked in compliance for Chinese banks before either from prc or taiwan? Boc/icbc/Citic/cub/ctbc.

Hows the culture. And pay range or progression like?

Anyone has experience or insight on seamoney/shopee's regulatory Compliance specialist / AML specialist roles?

What's the pay range like? Seems like they are hiring quite aggressively across experience levels. I have about 4-6 years. Been approached on few occasions by their HR and currently on second stage.

Possible but your base would need to be high and depends on the industry.

Top banks and hedge funds - very possible
Local banks/Asia banks - possible but less likely

Pay range not too sure but I heard they have a working culture of long hours. Something like 996.

Just started a role in FCC Advisory in big4 as an Associate. The big4 is not paying so well.. especially compared to the banks… is it good to stay in big4 for career growth specialising in AML/FT? Or is it better to hop to FIs?

i have no compliance experience.. currently taking my acams (flunk twice already)

currently have a insurance co want to hire me for 6mth compliance analyst contract.

any advice if i should take the offer to gain experience?
