Finding a new job while currently employed...
How do you guys go for an interview while currently employed? Going for interviews during lunchtime and after work or take leave to go for interviews?
Will the prospective employer call up my current firm's HR to ask about my performance? Don't wish to let my current employer know I am searching for a new job because I am just seeing if there is a better job in the market and if there isn't, I'm willing to stick to my current one...
Any seniors could you please advise...I'm relatively new in the market...

Go during lunch time, go after work or take half day leave. I even eat snake and go in the middle of the afternoon before (interview co just next building) lol.
No they won't call your HR to check your performance. Only after you join them they may call your HR to confirm you worked there from when to when.
