from private sector to civil service
Hope to have some positive input..
Actually im having a dilemma now..
I've been working in a manufacturing industry for 7 years now. Very comfortable with my workload and environment now. I have a diploma in electronics n my basic now is abt $2300. Recently I went for an interview with a stat board n by chance I was offered a job. Basic is $2900.. current place I can claim Ot in cash.. but Ot varies each month..
Do u think I should take up the offer? By the way im 31 yrs old..
Am I getting a good deal here? Wats the rate now for an experienced diploma holder? Hope some of u might share ur current salary.. the position im getting is not really related to my studies and my current job experience..
Im running out time and I need to decide soon...
