Working in STE for 2 years as perm staff.
B5 non-executive grade. Still receiving AWS & PB (non-executive graders not effected by the new change) but then again, doesn't make much of a difference.
I've just obtained my Diploma,any idea what's the possibility of a promotion and into which E grade? Also, the pay scale range.

Heard that almost 90% of the ST Employees are under contract which are being outsourced employees. Do they get performance bonus?

New scheme is easily 4.6k - 5.2k with different exp levels but no aws no stock

Lol. Recently they offer me a perm role, also told me no aws no stock and still shortage of $200 than what I expected. Considering accept or not
