Die liao. My colleagues I check with. 1 got 0 bonus. Both of us got 0.5.the other never share. But calculating... 0.5 months the annual is the same.

My side is everyone got base salary x2 /12 into the base salary. So that x2 is AWS and min 1 month bonus.

Old scheme people usually get 1 aws. 1.5 months at least up to 3 months.

So your side.. You all got x2/12 and the bonus still 2 months ah?

This sounds like the ST I know. Most of the managers all power hungry stay for 10 to 20 years all eyeing for the top spot. Very political one. My current new manager is like that. Not bad le 4.9k E6. I 4.2k E6 only.

From what I gather in this forum. The new scheme got two type depending on which company you belong to.

Type 1: formula is x2 / 12 into base. No aws. Bonus have been reduced by 1 month.
Type 2: formula is x1 / 12 into base. No aws. Bonus remains at least 1 month above.

Other kor kor out there can confirm mah? My company is type 1. The boss all say the same thing. The bonus already inside base.... Same thing. Last time see big bonus happy. Now bonus already inside monthly. So see low bonus sad.

Why they gave you basex2/12 into your base salary while I only got basex1/12 into mine? Wt **** the hr dep. doing ?

Means your company is still giving out the bonus...

Our side the practise is performance bonus is confirmed 1+xxx the xxx is the actual bonus which is usually just 0.5 months or 1 months.

so total is
aws = 1 month
bonus = 1 month confirm
xxx = the actual bonus (0.5 to 1 months)

so ppl causally just say 2 to 3 months bonus.

x2/12 work 1 year you see. "YOU ARE AWARDED WITH 0.5 MONTHS BONUS"
x1/12 work 1 year you see. "YOU ARE AWARDED WITH 1.5 MONTHS BONUS"

All end up same thing.

My company is also Type 1. Sounded roughly the same.
Those having same grades as previous year bonus reduced by around 0.5-1 month
(e.g 4 mths become 3 mths+... [Referring to the amt written on March letter])

wah you still got 3months++ bonus so good. must be perm staff.
