Lies. I joined DSTA as fresh grad in 2018 was offered 3.9k only but higher than my peers who are getting around 3.6k that was the market salary.

I'm from DSTA, studied computer science. Fresh grad is indeed 4.9k for 2nd upper.

As former ST employee, I do admit it's quite slack like a "SAF retirement home". Don't blame employees, blame the culture that inculcates the behavior in the first place.
