anyone working in these two companies, can provide information?how's the culture, salary, bonus?

if you have no moral qualms about it, go for BAT if your priorities are the three that you have listed.

Pay and bonus wise BAT is much better, they pay close to 10 months bonus on average and basic is usually ~40% higher than average. But culture Samsung will be better since BAT is well known for super bureaucratic like some very old civil service.

Thanks but the role with BAT is a contract role, don't know can convert or not. confused...

Go for BAT, heard they pay basic & bonus much higher than most banks even.
