Anyone know the bonus structure for DSO?

When is AWS and variable bonus pay out?

Is there salary increment after 6 mths on probation?

The probation period will get pro-rated AWS/Variable bonus?

When is the salary adjustment done yearly and what is the ave yearly increment?

What is the working hour?

Is there transport from MRT?

yes, but you'd get the $$ only after your confirmation

When is the salary adjustment done yearly and what is the ave yearly increment?
adj done in apr and takes effect in july. ave yrly increment about 3-5%

What is the working hour?
830-6 mon-thurs, 830-530 fri. sports hr from 430-530 fri.
so u may leave at 430 for sports.

Is there transport from MRT?
back in 2010, yes from buona vista mrt. 2013, not sure.

Does DSO give any flexible cash benefits? I know some stat board does provide such benefit. one of them is NEA. Also, what are the medical benefits for the employee, spouse n kids?
