Hi Kenn. I have personally went for several interviews with MNCs. For ordinary positions and not some MA programmes, two interviews are the norm; one with the department manager and the second with the director. I would say your chance of securing the job is really high if you pass the first round. They won't just put anyone thru to the director as it will really be wasting their time to interview someone they aren't interested to hire. From my experience, the crucial part is usually the last stage (the company called me shortly after the second interview informing me that they are interested to hire me) whereby you are negotiating the salary. However, I was unwilling to accept their package and they weren't agreeable to provide me with a better one and the entire opportunity just blew off. This is a lesson learnt for me and I hope that you will be more flexible when coming to this stage. If you really couldn't agree on the salary package then ask for a short period to consider.

Nobody can answer this kind of stupid question. TS refuse to say what job and what company, how can anyone give a definite answer for this mysterious job at this mysterious company called "mnc pte ltd".
