Hi, anyone working in mapletree? how's the working culture there?

Super bureaucratic and heavy workload, prepare for massive OT. Depends on your grade, for M5 & above they have a lot of profit sharing plan, equity bonus in addition to normal bonus that make the total bonus super high worth the effort. Anything below M5 IMO not worth it as the total package not worth the stress & long hours.

what's M5 rank roughly equivalent to in banks or ministries?

turnover rate is very high.. most ppl there worked for less than 1 or 2 yrs.

M5 approximately MX10 in minsitry. Managers at M5+ tend to be quite stable, anything below is constant high turnover due to low pay and long working hrs.

Does anyone have an idea on the hierarchy? E.g. Associate/Analyst -> Manager -> Senior Manager -> Vice President -> Director -> Senior VP?

Biz title heirachy is useless, there are a lot of customer facing departments with super inflated titles, the internal job title is more impt. I know some guys from there fancy title like Senior Manager or Director, but cannot even reach manager rank internally.

M5 -M6 = Manager
G1 - G2 = Senior Manager
G3 Above = Executive

Anyone knows the salary range for VP level for facilities management work
