Civil Service Performance grading-Any lecturer got 'D'
Several TSOs do get the grade 'D' if not perform well or not in good term with superior.
Grade 'D' = No increment and no Performance bonus
没功劳 没苦劳??
Is it fair ?
I wonder any Lecturer awarded grade 'D' as well?
Please comment.

I saw a post by a poly TSO who claimed straight As for 3-4 yrs. Someone even commented this is average and common for poly TSOs. Maybe can find out from him how he make it?

Any contact from the civil service authority whereby we can highlight this issue to them?
Its unfair to TSOs whereby Lecturer is treated so much differently.
TSOs got family to support too!

I believe that TSOs and lecturers are very different right? Lecturers usually have higher qualifications than TSOs which merits their higher salary. The issue is not about got family to support or not. Bus driver also got family to support. But there is a stark difference in qualification and type of work. Just like in the SAF, 50 yr old encik can get a lower pay than a 25 year old officer. Because the officer most likely got degree while the encik dont. And the officer is more up there than the encik because the officer is smarter.

I agree that road sweeper also got family to feed.
My question why a Division 1 TSO do not have the same entitlement.
Whats is the meaning of Division 1?

TSO is TSO. Lecturer is lecturer. You are comparing apples and oranges. Different job scope. Different qualifications. Hence, different entitlements. Like how an encik is a commander and an officer is a commander. But both have different entitlements.

but the management doesn't think this way. They said TSO 3-4 (DIV 1) salary is equivalent to the salary of lecturer PAX 5-6 . therefore must do more work as them
