This forumer probably did not do well in Maths.
3000 x 1.065^10 x 1.1 x 1.085 cannot be 10K.
Should revise your Maths first! haha

How do you explain that instead of just claiming you work in a Ministry? I also work in a Ministry before 3 years ago and I never see 5-8% of consecutive merit increment every year.
