At most business banking they sell corporate credit cards but very seldom. Main focus still loans.

Yes pure hunter. Business Financial Manager name too long so cut short to business mgr easier. Pay for entry level most basic freshie ~2.5k + quarterly comm which can be up to 10K +. Senior team leads 8-9k + big quarterly comms.
Price Solutions is a 3rd party outsourced to handle some sales/marketing, they are not considered employed by SCB. Better to join SCB then some third party sales co.

thought Price Solutions is fully owned by SCB? not SCB staff? thing is the direct sales roles are all handled by Price Solutions.

Nowadays for SME Banking sales roles, banks seldom take in fresh grads anymore. Out of the major banks, only OCBC and SCB(i think) still willing to take in fresh grads. UOB used to have a training prog for fresh grads but now even a Biz Banking Associate (which is an entry role mainly handling SME sales) need 1 year exp. Never hear DBS, Citi, HSBC, Maybank, (not sure abt ANZ) take in fresh grads for SME Banking, all want experience.

yes its a fully owned subsidiary but not sure if they enjoy regular SCB staff benefits. Wrong, not all direct sales roles are handled by Price Solutions. All the business banking sales managers, team leaders I worked with were all within SCB SME banking. All they got from Price Solutions were maybe some leads etc. Or maybe they do more consumer direct sales.

i see, maybe the more junior roles are handled by Price Solutions. i saw that the New Business Manager (assume its a SME hunter role) is employed by Price Solutions and not SCB directly so im not sure whats the direct corelation between the two.
Are you in SCB?
