Facility and office mgt is one of those condem dept helm by old uncle / auntie. No matter how many years you do pay will only go up slightly.

Seriously i have no idea. I only know those semi con plant facility handle cooling tower, chiller system, hvac etc. and liaise with contractor on maintenace all this. Prospect wise maybe like previous people say, old uncle auntie hug there one
