Interview with EM Singapore
Hey guys, anyone went for EM Singapore interview recently (Oct/ early Nov) for engineer position? I have gone through the interview and was told result will be out within 1-2 weeks. But still no reply after almost a month. Anyone of you got any updates from Thailand or Singapore HR?

Next year they’ll probably cut half of the performance bonus and say that company not making money due to funding of projects + debts , etc.
All that being said, alot of us are updating our resumés to jump ship after december bonus.
New hires, good luck to you guys, since exxon is hard on us these few years - don’t expect us to hold your hands and teach you. You don’t know, your problem. Thanks!

New hires, it’s nothing personal that we treat you with contempt.
Our colleagues have been put through hell and asked to leave the company. Many have tendered resignation cos they cannot tahan the conditions.
Now exxon needs manpower for expansion. So we’ll just make sure that you guys can’t pass your post qualifications to be confirmed as an employee.
We don’t need anymore manpower to replace our long lost friends.
We need exxon to realise that they can’t just throw us away when they don’t need us, and then replace us with new guys.

Hi, I understand your frustrations with the company after what has happened to your fellow colleagues and I do hope the best for them. It’s has been a rough patch for everyone lately and just like you everyone has a family to feed at home too. Hopefully things will be better for us all in the time to come.

This behaviour is quite toxic sia. I left the company 5 months ago (was an engineer from engineering services) because the company’s management really CMI. We can hate the company but the new guys did nothing wrong.
