An honest outlook of the job at Exxonmobil SG
This message goes out to all aspiring Exxonmobil employees.
I suddenly remembered this forum when I heard that exxon is restarting its recruitment late this year for process / operations tech. Many of the current employees were asked to recommend our friends or family to join us here.
I can honestly say that most, if not all of us, did not want to recommend to our loved ones the chance to undergo the same treatment that they have put us in recently.
Heed my call people - Exxonmobil is not as great as what it was before. They are cutting our benefits, no performance bonus or increments for the past few years and they are piling more work on top of all this. The union is powerless to stop all these.
You have all been warned.
