Does anyone knows what are the likely interview questions and interview format?

Interview for process tech position?

1. Introduce yourself, be confident but not too confident.
2. They would ask on safety, how do you practice safety at workplace or anywhere else. They will give you a scenario on safety, how do you tackle it.
3. A scenario where you and colleague encounter a misunderstanding. How do you face it.
4. On technical side, tell about your work. What do you do, what is your role. If you’re in process line, they might go deeper.

My skype interview session took about 20-25 minutes. They want you to be naturally confident, I guess that’s how I passed.

Is there any calculation question or some deep theory question?

Any experience guy got offered .how is the package.do they really pay more than what u currently get

of course they would, did they offered you the allowance as well?

i think basic plus allowance should balance what ull get unless u r on a permanent office hours.

plus the OT, plus the Bonus, i think the per annum is more important that what your basic is for this type of job. unless, like i said, ur on office hours.

Usually after the interview, how long do we need to wait to know we're accepted or not.
