depend on your unit... some would be 2months, some would be 6months MAX, before starting shift

I’m one of the candidate whom managed to receive the offer as a process tech. However I declined the offer because the starting pay is lower than a fresh grad or perhaps the same eventhough I’m in the industry. They would assume you are new when you are not in the line. So best of luck.
