Yup I think "in progress" pretty much means wait and pray for the call. I applied in Dec-2016, "in progress" until now.

Received offer from Hr for OP Tech.
Salary package wise need to consider...
Overall yearly about 45k++
U all think is ok?

Yes, I have received the offer package by email this morning from HR. I am from the April interview batches of Ops Tech

Actually depends. If you're fresh entry or someone with 1-2yrs of working experience, you should grab it.
Basic offered $1800-$1900?
