From what i see diploma holder usually work 2-3 years then dont wana work in this line anymore. cannot take it.

Think thoroughly before joining this line.

becos now the management getting worse n worse, previously worked there before, preferred the 8hrs shift rather than 12hrs but 12hrs the OT rate damn good that no company can offer that kind of OT anywhere. Techs come n go in EM

Well just wait. Interviews shud be soon. U will get an overseas call from Thailand. They are hiring for May/June Intake. Shall warn you first that Exxon is good $$ but very2 high demands. U get paid for stress and treated like saikang. So if u willing to slog hours under hot sun, work nonstop then be prepared lah. If not can go fly kite lah...

Truly a man's industry where no weaklings will be tolerated. Money is sthg but money not everything.

Lots of young ppl leave cos some management really pain in the ass and the old birds also when teach will go haywire.

If u willing to go thru NS again come to Exxon. No doubt it is huge. I wud not recommend to all but I wud recommend to people who are willing to learn with an open heart.
