Hi anyone here have gone through chevron oronite interview? How long will they get back to you and lets say if i didnt make it through the interview will they give me a call or a proper email to me?

Hi after the interview for oronite on 29th may, a week ltr my status changed to "We are pursuing candidates whose skills more closely match our needs." Does this mean i did not make it through the interview? My friend got this status before but a few days ltr they called him to go for the COBRA test. Weird enough. Help anyone please!

Anyone knows whether the position/title "Coordinator" in Exxon is a considered senior for an experienced hire? Any ideas on the pay range/scale in SG?

if diploma u can get around 1.5 - 1.6k
plus allowance all u can get around 2.3-2.7k(per month)

the application +interview process has so far taken about 6 months. They take an average of 1-2 week to reply. My application in the web portal has also been updated to "Offer".

How long did it take for them to contact you after you submitted your application? My status changed to in progress, did it take for them to contact you after you got this status? Does in progress mean pray hard and wait for respond?

Yup I think "in progress" pretty much means wait and pray for the call. I applied in Dec-2016, "in progress" until now.

Yes, I have received the offer package by email this morning from HR. I am from the April interview batches of Ops Tech

Actually depends. If you're fresh entry or someone with 1-2yrs of working experience, you should grab it.

What i have gathered so far from this thread. The different type of application statuses: Application under review, In progress, pre-employment, employment offer.

Application under review: Indefinite waiting. You may not be in the selection pool.

In progress: Shortlisted for selection.

Pre-Employment: Passed interview and pending medical checkup.

Employment offer: Well that is obvious.

It could take up to 5 months from your interview date till you actually start work at exxon.
