3 years @ AVP IT Top Tier Bank transfer from Tokyo to Singapore pending,I'm assuming whilst for sure there will be a salary reduction like for like there will be some uplift coming from Tokyo, I've seen a range of salaries for my particular field and grade topping out at SGD 140K, on this basis I'm thinking should be able to achieve SGD 120-130K , sound about right for grade/industry ?, also are salaries paid over 12 or 13 months, I've seen 13 months mentioned, thanks...

If it is a top tier bank AVP should be 140-200k depending on experience. Those with high bonus payout tend to give lower basic.

I think the 140-200K range is too high, perhaps FO but not IT, I think that range would be VP in IT, Ive seen range of 100-140K for AVP IT Banking, no less than 90K (i hope)
