Bonuses for the say shell, exxon and src (go figure which) are different. Some are fixed without variable, some have both components. Range can be 3-10 months per yr.
EPC companies (services companies) like foster wheeler, haliburton, schlumberger maybe different when it comes to their renumeration package. Would apprecitate if there are more info on these companies as well.

Yes, Shell is offering 3.4 basic and 0.15k allowance every month. Guaranteed 3 months AWS. Also has variable bonus (on performance). After 3 years, basic will be 5 k.
Definitely ExxonMobil is offering higher at close to 4k.

ExxonMobil is offering 3650 (base) + 200 ( NS) = 3850.

Then the big 3 are offering almost the same package except EM has no variable bonus component but the other 2 has this component. Reason why EM's salary is much higher than the other 2.

What? A private company that takes into account NS? My friend did an internship in EM just last year. According to him, it's 3.7k regardless of honours class but they are looking for 2.1 and above.

Yes NS is taken as "work experience" in Singapore, usually with 100-200 bucks higher starting salary as compared to females. USUALLY is the keyword.

Yes they are looking out for First Class and Second Upper Class Honors. And, yes, they do offer the NS component.
