A civil servant every week takes mc or leave
Will that result in termination of services of he's still on contract? He takes leave or mc every week. He is in civil service handling public enquiries etc.
Will public service fire someone who's regularly absent from work?

if he/she got alot of leave, then clearing the leave every week is ok ....no issue....
take MC every week is a problem
