I kinda felt that the overall experience of the entire interview was like me being in a SME coy rather than an MNC. The lobby had poor lighting and there was no receptionist there even.

Yupz, the one just opposite Agilent. There is another ASM somewhere else in Singapore? I dunno about the receptionist since I didn't get to see her when I was there for the interview. From the interview, I could gather that the management has preference for FT especially mainland Chinese and HK. The entire experience was quite bad actually. I think the Singapore ASM is now managing on its own and is independent of the mother Dutch company, that is why it looks more like SME than an MNC.

Nope. The interview ended with me asking for some time to think about whether I would be interested to attend the next interview. After about a week, I sent an email saying that I would like to attend the next interview (thinking that there is no harm going since it would be an experience), however, there was no reply from their side??? I think they wasn't prepared to offer me the salary that I asked for, or rather, my email ended up in their junk box..lol. Since they only quoted you a 5% increment, I can somehow expect how much they will offer me. Even if they offer me, I'll likely reject since the environment is not really appealing to me.

Two Years
As an engineer, i did my time-managed to learn and did my job well. Faced sort of race politics , which did not lead to my promotion. Supervisor words and actions did not seem to meet.
