Quite correct. My income is only 16K and wife not working but at age 36 we own a $2.6M landed and debt free due to gains from earlier stock and property investments.

All these governement numbers all very undervalue one. They are purposely making the number look so low that most PMET will feel very good about themselves and not cause trouble politcally.
