Postdoc pay for fresh PhD grads
I'm a fresh science PhD grad from local university looking for postdoc positions.
Does anyone know what is the general pay range for fresh grads as research fellow/scientist in astar vs schools like NTU/ NUS vs SGH/KKH, or elsewhere? Hows the annual package like? TIA!

It depends on where u are working next time. Industry tends to pay higher and with better welfare/employee benefits than research institutes. If you don't mind doing repetitive work and following standard protocols then go for industry. But do note that industry usually look for very specialized skills and what you did for your PHD thesis/research must be relatively relevant to what they need. As for research institutes, how much you are being paid depends very much on grants and lab funding. It varies between different labs and what I know is that it ranges from 3.5k - 4.5k. If you are elite with excellent publications then likely you can expect better salary than your peers.
