Default Master graduates pay levels?

I'm just wondering if there are any sorts of salary baseline for master graduates. or maybe, what is the average salary for master graduates here in singapore?

been searching for a job and some required me to fill in "expected salary" and this has totally lost me...

too high = employer doesnt like it, reject application etc.
too low = feel like a dumbass that lost out on potential monthly income.

please help

What is your exp?

If just study and never work before, there is no difference in pay b/w masters and bachelor degree.

To be honest, get into banking is the best choice. For government job, it is quite bored and you do the same things everyday, dealing with documents.

I think you can try to look for a job in banking industry. It can help you to develop a trust group of people and explore on both project-based and people-oriented programmes. Don't get confused that only people who study business or finance can go into the banking industry!

For banking jobs, most importantly is for you to go through all the assessment and interview properly. Me and a group of friends went through the similar procedures recently and we all secured permanent job offers. Currently, we are helping job seekers (who are looking for a career in banking and finance industry) to prepare for interview and assessment at different stages. Not true if you already have first class honors.

Basically, the government may just give you one increment which works out to the the same as first class honours. For fresh graduates, masters are not required so the max is first class honors.
