Advice needed! Audit or Operation
 

I am an accounting student graduating this year, from a local uni

I got 2 offer so far, one from PWC general audit, one from DBS operation (banking associate program). And prob one more from OCBC operation(MA program)

which one should i go ah? i know big 4 got better future, but is it worth the first few year tahan and low pay

but for ops, what i worry about is the working scope and promotion, seems to be a low skill job and slow increments. how many years does it need to reach AVP and VP?

Hope someone from big 4 or local bank ops could give me some advice. i think think until got headache alr.

Any opinions on this? I'm in a similar situation as well. Thanks!
