Signing on as Home Team Senior Officer
 

Anybody can share how's the life of a senior officer in Home Team?
It can either be CNB, Police, Prisons, ICA or SCDF since all under Home Team.

Basic Degree with Ns can expect gross salary of $3400.
With honours ard $3600 to $4200 gross.

If you are talking about HASE, I was offered $3000 flat with a 2nd lower honours from local uni. I shocked at their offer. Apparently, the range is bluff people one.

Nope. I'm looking at Uniform position. Not civilian.

are u the latest batch of HASE who was just recently accepted from the January intake?

Nope. Where got so fast? The whole process takes two months.

cos i applied since one month plus ago, still no news now so i guess i wasn't selected again :(

u mean the process from the day u applied to start of work is 2 months or application to interview takes 2 months?

1 week after the job ad close date they will call you for a pre-interview briefing 1 week later.

Then the panel interview will come 1 week after the briefing.

Then the department interview will come 2 weeks later.

Then the job offer will come 3 weeks later.

Then the medical form will come 1 week later.

Then you will start work about 2 weeks later.

I ganna the End-of-the-world/Christmas/New Year/Clear Leave season, so your application might be a couple of weeks faster. But all in all, a very long process lah.
