Not entirely true. It's depend on individual agencies - in fact most are recognised. Just that there are 2 sets of criteria. If you're an outsider armed with part-time degree, you'll be dis-advantaged when compared to local grad, unless you've specialized skillsets. If you're already INSIDE, your big boss (ie. Director level) can be the facilitator to "upgrade" your current scheme i.e. Div 2 to Div 1.

hey do u know if someone have an 2nd upper hons degree when compared with someone with 2nd lower hons degree both from PT distant learning.
Will the one with 2nd upper hons have advantage on being hired?
