So what are the salary ranges for Barclays AVP and UBS AD?

all this just show that the rank title have totally no relation to pay. i see many companies have project manager make >15k and now i hear that a vice president in a bank cannot even reach 10k!?

This means there's something wrong with the way you see and hear things.

Can't speak for Group.
But for Capital, unless you are at the bottom of the range, you will be drawing >10k.

Are you referring to AVP or VP? If it's AVP, i don't think everyone makes more than 10k. Only the front office guys and maybe some middle office personnel.

That was in response to a question on salary for VPs.

I agree that was a response for the question on VPs. In fact, I doubt any VPs (back or front office) earn less than 10k after including their transport allowance.

As for AVPs, it varies from 6k to 16k. Depending on role and experience. I say the median salary for AVPs is around 8k back office AVPs. Not so sure on mid and front office.

Deutsche bank AVP is 9-10k for BO and 13-16k for FO.

The AVP salaries look low. From the discussion above, shouldn't Barcap AVPs be getting 10k a month? And with bonuses, it will definitely be above $130k-$140k right?
