haha me too.. applied countless times, went through countless interviews and rejected countless.

I prefer to receive any results within three days to one week. At least i wun feel so painful. The mental torture matter the most.

There's another interview few years back. The duration was also very long. End up telling me that I can only be ranked second or third becos there's 1st class honors candidate and intro me another position that I dislike. Customer service…..

Bcz before interview recruiter told me they open that position for long n will close the deal as soon as they found one. So she told me very likely on the same week will knw results.
Nw is how many days I suspect they offer someone n that person nv sign yet so nv reject me.
Besides that I call the recruiter on weds. She mentioned will let me know on wed or end of week. Whole week no even bother to inform..confirm plus chop liao nt me.

Wen u r impt candidate recruiter will care abt commission n their follow up is fast.

Wah 3 hrs interview is crazy leh. I usually interview for 1 hour nia. Eh if they talk about salary package and bonus with u means high chance liao leh. Who knows maybe they call u on next Monday morning.

Never wait for more than 1 week. If it drags, just expect the worst and move on to other interviews.
